Chocolate Cold Brew Protein Shake
Our founders favorite! She drinks this daily
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 tablespoon of laird superfood creamer (vanilla flavored OR unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup organic cold brew
- 1/2 tablespoon organic basil seeds (great source of prebiotic fiber)
- 2 scoops of @theofficehealth chocolate OR vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup honey OR unsweetened cereal @eatlovebird 
- add water if needed
