- half cup of ice
- half cup organic unsweetened coconut milk (no guar)
- 3 tablespoons organic pumpkin puree 
- 1 heaping tablespoon of organic blanched OR regular almond butter 
- 1 tablespoon @theofficehealth vanilla grass fed whey protein
- half tablespoon organic agave nectar 
- BLEND WELL - add more liquid if needed
