Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake

- half cup of ice
- half cup of Pumpkin Spice Malk Milk
- 3 tablespoons organic pumpkin puree 
- 3 tablespoons of Organic Tiger Nut Granola
- 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 1-2 tsp of Cinnamon 
- Optional 1 tablespoon of Allulose (If you like it on the sweeter side) 
- 1-2 scoops of @theofficehealth Vanilla or Unflavored A2 Grass-Fed Whey Protein
- half tablespoon organic agave nectar 
- BLEND WELL - add more liquid if needed
